A: Yes, most of the blankets we offer can be completely customized which includes custom colors, trim, piping and monogramming. Additionally several blankets can also be created with a cut back neck, cut back tail, double binding, fleece at withers, shoulder gussets, surcingle fittings, taffeta shoulders and braided hip ornament and tail cord if these are not standard features. If you are not seeing the options you are seeking please contact Customer Support. Custom blankets may take several weeks to ship.

Q: How do I get the tracking number for an order that I placed with MyHorseBlanket.com?
A: After you place the order, you can retrieve the tracking number by entering your Order Number in the Order Tracking page. Tracking numbers will be loaded into the site as soon as the products are shipped. Products with customizations may take longer to ship delaying receipt of the tracking number.

Q: What type of refund or exchange do you offer?
A: MyHorseBlanket.com offers a 30-day refund from the date of delivery. The product must still be in excellent condition (free of dirt, hair, shavings, etc..) and shipped with original packaging. In addition, there will be a 10% restocking fee. Customer is responsible for all shipping charges. Unfortunately we are unable to offer any refunds or exchanges on any custom products. A custom product is any that is built with custom color trim, piping options, and any embroidery.

Q: How do I measure my horse for a blank or sheet?
A: All blanket sizes are measured in inches. To assure a proper fit, stand your horse squarely, and follow 3 simple steps. Using a measuring tape, start from the center of your horse's chest and measure around the widest part of the shoulder, horizontally, across the barrel, over the widest part of the hindquarter to the edgeof the tail. If the measurement is an odd number, take the next highest even measurement.
